I received the wrong hoodie for my order, while it's a mistake that can happen what has been frustrating is trying to get the correct one sent. I've even offered to send the wrong one back but haven't heard sa thing back. Even if there is stock issue because of production that's understandable but I'd like to at least know what is happening.

It took awhile to arrive but it is everything my grand daughter hoped it would be. She is very happy. The quality is fantastic.
